Many years ago I was hired by Columbia Records to do a studio session of the band on a Saturday when they were in town. Thursday morning, the week before the shoot, my phone rings at 4:00 AM. I jump up answer the phone and some road guy is on the phone yelling about the upcoming shoot. I'm half asleep wondering "who the F*** is calling me at this hour?" This guy is yelling about not knowing who I am and stuff. I basically told him never to call me at 4:00 AM and to go F*** himself! Needless to say the shoot never happened. I told the band this story during this live shoot. Their jaws dropped and they wanted to give the guys number.
